Appraisals
is licensed by the state of Ohio,
and we have been providing quality appraisal
services in since 1979. We service Franklin
(primary), Fairfield, Delaware, and Licking
Counties.
We
specialize in accurate real estate appraisals
for all types of residential properties
including single-family residences, new
construction, condominiums, 2-4 unit dwellings,
and vacant land properties.
Our
services include mortgage appraisals for
conventional and FHA loans, relocation
appraisals, residential appraisals for divorce,
estate and litigation purposes, desk reviews and
field reviews.
We
strive to preserve the integrity of the real
estate business with competitive pricing,
accurate report writing, 2-3 day turnaround
times (on most properties), quick delivery using
electronic data interchange (EDI).

respect your privacy at Lenco Realty &
Appraisals and all of our related sites. We do not distribute

that (web master) feature, but keep an option
for less features…time and availability may be
limited…i.e. some information is better than
